Internationally renowned violinist — and 2008 winner of the Ernst von Siemens Music Prize for lifetime achievement — Anne‐Sophie Mutter, joins the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra under the baton of Manfred Honeck. Antonín Dvořák's Violin Concerto and Richard Strauss' beloved tone poem 'Ein Heldenleben' are featured on the program in Grafenegg.

The Grafenegg Festival presents a top‐class program of concerts with renowned orchestras, conductors and international star‐soloists. This year, enjoy a series of concerts including musical journeys to South America, swing music, highlights of the romantic period and unforgettable fireworks. On mild summer evenings, performances are in the open; in poor weather, the Auditorium opens its doors.
