La Juive: Festival for Humanity
O wydarzeniu
Confront the consequences of intolerance in one of the very greatest of French Romantic operas.
Halévy's La Juive carries a message of the universality of human emotion, and the dangers of fanaticism. Olivier Py creates a new production to highlight the ties that bind humanity together — love, suffering, loneliness. Daniele Rustioni conducts the rich score, with a cast of established and rising stars, including Nikolai Schukoff, Roberto Scandiuzzi, Enea Scala, and Rachel Harnisch.
