Jordi Savall and the Concert des Nations -- the youngest of the great musician's ensembles, founded in 1989 -- dedicates this springtime concert to works depicting tempests, weather disturbances, and maritime merriment.

From Vivaldi's The Tempest at sea and Rebel's shockingly fiery The Elements beyond the Baroque to the French music in which the period‐instrument group specializes, this concert will take listeners on a rollicking European tour including music from 1674‐1764.
