Hannes Minnaar, the young Dutch pianist who studied with Pressler and Brendel, performs works connected to Bach: some are simple transcriptions, other composers add their own touch, some write their own piece firmly in the spirit of Bach, and Liszt, of course, produces a tour de force of his own creation, based on the notes in Bach's name: B‐A-C‐H.
