Tenor Ian Bostridge and his frequent partner on stage, pianist Julius Drake, are joined by horn player Alessio Allegrini for this performance in Bologna.

Ian Bostridge is known for his interpretations of Schubert's songs. In this concert he will perform 'Auf dem Strom' and a selection of songs from 'Schwanengesang'. Alessio Allegrini joins the stage for Schumann's Allegro and Adagio op. 70. Schumann's Liederkreis and Britten's 'The Heart of the Matter' complete this program.
