Heinz Holliger & Budapest Festival Orchestra

The spectacular Swiss musician Heinz Holliger, who first rose to fame as one of the greatest oboists of his generation, conducts the sprightly Budapest Festival Orchestra in a program including his own compositions.

Violinist Muriel Cantoreggi and violist Genevieve Strosser will join the composer on stage for Holliger's Janus Concerto; music of Sandor Veress and Arnold Schoenberg will complete the program.
