French actor Denis Podalydès and conductor Louis Langrée are back at the Salle Favart for a new production of Rossini's comic opera Le Comte Ory, with costumes by fashion legend Christian Lacroix.
Troubadour poetry, musical variety, and colorful irony come together in Le Comte Ory in a story of love conquest set at the time of the Crusades.
