The "Deutsches Kammerorchester Berlin" (German Chamber Orchestra) performs a varied programme at the Kammermusiksaal of Berlin's famed Philharmonie.

The "Deutsches Kammerorchester Berlin" (German Chamber Orchestra) was founded 1989 by young musicians conducted by Fritz Weisse. The orchestra consists of 20 musicians, who are members of prominent Berlin orchestras as well as freelance musicians. During the last four years the ensemble very successfully pursued an individual artistic concept: Working with changing conductors instead of one musical leader.
