Christoph Prégardien: Song Recitals at la Monnaie

At the concert series "Song Recitals at la Monnaie", Christoph Prégardien and Julia Kleiter will perform Hugo Wolf's "Italienisches Liederbuch".

The first recital of the season brings together the Ernste Gesänge of Johannes Brahms and Arnold Schoenberg’s Buch der hängenden Gärten. Later, great artists will interpret splendid song cycles by Robert Schumann (Dichterliebe) and Franz Schubert (Schwanengesang and Die schöne Müllerin), as well as works in English.
