Anna Karenina: Festspielhaus Baden‐Baden
O wydarzeniu
The great Russian novel forms the backdrop for a spectacular ballet.
Bringing the “greatest social novel of world literature” (Thomas Mann) to the ballet stage: this is an art that none has mastered like John Neumeier. With Anna Karenina, he has created a classical love story that feels modern with its intimate pas de deux and festive ensembles, while Tchaikovsky’s music evokes the time the novel was written.
