Zwiedzanie pałacu z audioprzewodnikiem można rozpocząć w dowolnym momencie w oficjalnych godzinach otwarcia. Trwa ono od 60 do 90 minut. W okresie zimowym (listopad‐marzec) zaleca się zwiedzanie w godzinach 10.00‐15.30, a w okresie letnim (kwiecień-październik) w godzinach 10.00‐16.30.
Pałac jest zamykany w okresie zimowym (listopad‐marzec) o godz. 17.00 (ostatnie wejście 16.30), a w okresie letnim (kwiecień-październik) o godz. 18.00 (ostatnie wejście 17.30).
