A Hundred Strings
O wydarzeniu
The Duisburger Philharmoniker will perform under the baton of Jonathan Darlington as guest ensemble at this concert of richly textured Romantic music.
"People. Music. Passion." This is how the Duisburger Philharmoniker begins its biography. The orchestra usually performs at the Philharmonic and at the Duisburg opera, the Deutsche Oper am Rhein. Now, they will perform as guest ensemble at the "Post Scriptum" concert of the Lithuanian State Symphony Orchestra's jubilee season. Conductor Jonathan Darlington has led the orchestra since the 2002–2003 season, when the orchestra celebrated its own 125th jubilee. The young talented pianist Lukas Geniušas will also play at the concert "A Hundred Strings". The string section of the LSSO will perform together with the guest musicians.
