The Konzerthausorchester welcomes the New Year with a bouquet of works by Ravel, Tchaikovsky and Gershwin.

Orchestral pieces from Romanticism and classical modernism that you want to hear again and again: 'La Valse', Maurice Ravel's ironic homage to the 19th century, and his hypnotic 'Boléro'. Tchaikovsky's charming bow to Mozart in the 'Variations on a Rococo Theme' with cello soloist Daniel Müller‐Schott, and Gershwin's jazz‐infused 'American in Paris,' bursting with the energy of the 'Roaring Twenties.'
