John Pizzarelli Quartet: Prague Proms Festival

For his first performance in the Czech Republic, John Pizzarelli will perform works from his latest album, “Double Exposure“. The world‐renowned jazz guitarist and singer has contributed to nearly 40 albums – either as the leader or in collaboration with other artists. Jazz is Pizzarelli's life and this concert at the Hybernia Theatre will certainly be amongst the highlights of Prague Proms 2013.

When he performs with his wife, singer/actress Jessica Molaskey, and his father, guitar legend Bucky Pizzarelli, they were labeled “the First Family of Cool” by the San Francisco Chronicle and “the von Trapps on Martinis” by The New Yorker. He signed with the Grammy Award winning label Telarc International in 1999 recording a string of successful CDs.
