Experience Italian Baroque music in this concert in Rome. Works by Farina, Paradisi, and Veracini come together in a musical mosaic that illustrates the expressive capacity of the Baroque violin.
Italy was central to advances in violin playing and building during the Baroque era, as we can hear in the compositions of the period, and in the beautiful violins build by Amati, Guarneri, Stradivari, and others.
