Paris’in olağanüstü Eglise de la Madeleine kilisesinde Mozart ve Ravel’in başyapıtlarından oluşan bu muhteşem konserde klasik müziği hiç olmadığı kadar farklı bir şekilde deneyimleyin.
Sanat yönetmeni Paul Savalle’ın inisiyatifiyle kurulan bu dernek orkestrası, yeni mezun olmuş ya da mezun olmak üzere olan gençlerin, deneyimli orkestra müzisyenleri ve şeflerle birlikte en uygun çalışma koşullarında becerilerini geliştirmelerine olanak tanıyor.
2014 yılında kurulan Hélios orkestrası, Fransız orkestra dünyasında giderek yerini sağlamlaştırmıştır. Barok müziğinden çağdaş müziğe kadar geniş bir yelpazede programlar sunmaktadır. Yerel koroların katılımı sayesinde repertuarı hem senfonik hem de koro eserlerinden oluşmaktadır. Orkestra bu ağa büyük önem vermektedir: orkestra ile il ve bölge korolarının işbirliği, sanat yaklaşımında hayati bir öneme sahiptir. Farklı şeflerle yapılan işbirliği de projenin önemli bir parçasıdır; bu sayede müzisyenler zengin ve çeşitlilik içeren bir repertuara ulaşabilmekte ve yorumlama yelpazelerini genişletebilmektedir.

| Orkestra: | Orchestre Hélios Established with the aim of forging links between graduating students and professional orchestras, the Orchestre Hélios has gone from strength to strength in the ten years since its 2014 launch. The brainchild of artistic director, Paul Savalle, the orchestra is unusual in its commitment to collaborating with local and regional choral ensembles, expanding its repertoire, which already stretches from the Baroque to the Contemporary, to include major vocal works. The orchestra's musicians are graduates and senior students at France's leading conservatoires, and several also play with national orchestras. A roster of distinguished guest conductors helps accustom members to different styles and approaches to musical leadership. Performing in some of Paris' most majestic churches, including La Madeleine and Saint Sulpice, on a regular basis, the orchestra is designed in such a way that its forces can scale from full symphony down to string quartet, facilitating access to additional beautiful and unusual spaces, many of which are not usually open to the public. |

Eglise de la Madeleine, Paris'teki Place de la Concorde ve Palais Garnier arasında bulunan güzel konumuyla tüm gözleri üzerine çeken 19. yüzyıldan kalma bir Roma Katolik kilisesidir. Binanın planları ve finansmanı birçok değişiklik geçirdiği için inşaat süreci 80 yılı aşkın bir süre devam etmiştir. Schlechte Akustik in der Kirche. Handys sollten ausgeschaltet bleiben, damit so etwas wie Kultur entsteht. Leider sind die Stühle wenig bequem, aber quietschen dafür sehr.

It was a lovely concert. The choir, the orchestra, the soloists (esp. the bass and alto‐ my favourites) were wonderful. The conductor was enjoying himself too. The choice of encore was perfect and very moving (ave verdum corpus). The venue was wonderful, but of course the accoustics were ancient . Many thanks to all — mercy beaucoup. David fm Australia

La Madeleine est un lieu idéal pour une œuvre aussi complexe et magnifique que le Requiem en ré mineur de Mozart. La musique s'élève et le son de l'Orchestre Hélios enveloppe l'espace. Les voix du chœur s'élevaient et retombaient comme la mer… un concert sublime. Le Boléro de Ravel précédait le Requiem et quelle interprétation ! On pouvait presque ressentir la montée en puissance et la complexité de l'ensemble, à mesure que les instruments s'unissaient. Cette composition évoque toujours une grande caravane d'éléphants, de chameaux et de peuples exotiques parcourant une route mystérieuse. Mon premier concert durant mon séjour, mais certainement pas le dernier.

Nous avions pris des places Prestige au 1er rang. Nous avons passé une magnifique soirée pour une parenthèse musicale exceptionnelle. Seul bémol le confort des chaises, qui sont des chaises d'églises et donc pas réellement adaptée pour une longue assise.

This concert was outstanding! It brought the church to life in a way I didn’t imagine. The interior decor is also a grand surprise, so very different from the neoclassical exterior. Plan to spend a few minutes after the concert to really take in all the attributes of the interior. One additional note — this particular concert included full orchestra, full chorus and 4 soloists. Terrible! Accoustics and choir unacceptable level. Sitting in the privilige zone was a mistake. I could not hear the musicians the choir was so loud. And the orchestra was the only bright element. Bolero thus was nice. Requiem terrible. The worst in my life. Sorry
