World‐famous director Peter Sellars juxtaposes Stravinsky's dramatic oratorio, "Oedipus Rex", with the composer's lavish "Symphony of Psalms". With Esa‐Pekka Salonen conducting, Stravinsky's reinterpretation of Sophocles' play is performed by stunning soloists, three Scandinavian choirs, and the Philharmonia Orchestra.
