Famous conductor Michael Tilson Thomas takes on Beethoven's majestic Missa Solemnis at the Konserthuset Stockholm.
Beethoven composed his work at the height of his career. In it he took a different approach to the mass than his predecessors and allowed the text to be interpreted by the instruments as well as the voices.
World‐renowned soloists take the stage together with the Royal Stockholm Philharmonic Orchestra and the Eric Ericson Chamber Choir.
