Get ready for a special music experience of this year’s 'Summer Classical' at Tivoli Concert Hall.

Concerto Copenhagen and the Norwegian world star Leif Ove Andsnes bring masterpieces from Norway and Denmark to the stage.
Edvard Grieg's Piano Concerto is regarded by many as the essence of Norwegian music — the inspiration of Norwegian folk music is clearly reflected throughout the piece. However, Grieg was not surrounded by Norwegian mountains when composing the masterpiece — he created his work at Mothsgården in Søllerød on the outskirts of Copenhagen.
The Norwegian world star Leif Ove Andsnes will play Grieg's Piano Concerto for the first time here with an orchestra like Concerto Copenhagen, which takes up historical performance traditions. The conductor is the orchestra's artistic director, Lars Ulrik Mortensen.
