Seasons of the Baroque is as vibrant and opulent as the golden play of colors in an autumnal forest. During the fall, Charlottenburg Palace and the glorious surrounding castle grounds, the Great Orangery, and the royal White Hall in the New Wing seem like an enchanted haven in the capital city – and the music of the Berlin Residence Orchestra awakens them to new life.

Antonio Vivaldi’s masterfully interpreted Four Seasons belongs to the Baroque era’s most popular repertoire. G.F. Handel also knew how to translate the natural characteristics of water, wind and fire into an effective musical scene. Join the Berliner Residence Orchestra on this journey through natureinspired Baroque music – including passionate arias and romantic duets sung by our vocal soloists.
