Olivier De Spiegeleir will briefly introduce (in French) each work with a few words about the composers and their music, offering a context to appreciate the performance even more.

The program features Beethoven's famous Appassionata Sonata, followed by his first sonata, also known as 'Small Appassionata'. Romantic composers including Mendelssohn and Liszt will round out the evening.
