Rimszkij‐Korszakov varázslatos Scheherazade című műve, melynek kezdő akkordjait Luca Santaniello, a milánói szimfonikus zenekar koncertmestere játszik, egzotikus tájakra repít minket, hogy érzékeinkkel és érzelmeinkkel felfedezzük egy nő történetét, aki az Ezeregyéjszaka meséivel elbűvölte a szultánt. Ebben a programban Sunwook Kim zongorista és karmester sokoldalú tehetsége hozza el nekünk ezt a remekművet, valamint a zongorarepertoár egyik csúcspontját: Beethoven IV. zongoraversenyét, amelyben a történelem során először a zongora szakítja meg a kezdeti csendet, megelőzve a hagyományos zenekari bevezetést.

| Zenekar: | Orchestra Sinfonica di Milano Giuseppe Verdi Known colloquially as 'La Verdi', Milan's famed symphony orchestra was formed in the early 90s to supplement the city's already‐generous cultural offering. Making its home in Milan's Auditorio, La Verdi features among Europe's most respected and admired symphonic ensembles. Its first Musical Director, Ricardo Chailly, now holds the title of Conductor Laureate, while the Austrian conductor, Emmanuel Tjeknavorian, a fast‐rising star in the orchestral firmament took over the role of Musical Director in 2024, following in the footsteps of several major names in the classical world. La Verdi welcomes a starry roster of soloists and guest conductors over the course of an extensive and varied annual season, and regularly features as guests of honour at important state occasions and international concert engagements. |
