The Musica Bayreuth Festival has been among the most important cultural activities in Northern Bavaria for 50 years.
Since its founding in 1961, the festival has hosted internationally acclaimed artists as well as promising young musicians. This year, the audience will enjoy a programme ranging from jazz to baroque music, from opera to sacred compositions.
At the New Castle Bayreuth, Musica Bayreuth celebrates its 50th jubilee. The Prince Asfa‐Wossen Asserate of Ethiopia will give a lecture on "Interculture of the 21st Century" and will be joined by the
