Made in Finland: Kellokumpu & Mandelin

演出简介

Two new Finnish works will be premiered in an evening of dance in Almi Hall.

Jarkko Mandelin, who studied dance at the Ballet School and choreography at the Theatre Academy, combines classical ballet, contemporary dance, breakdance, capoeira and acrobatics into an original and characteristic movement language. His new work is entitled Value.
  


Simo Kellokumpu studied choreography at the Theatre Academy. In recent years, he has been creating choreographies particularly for his own dance company. He finds inspiration in human passion and in sources such as the Kalevala.
