演出简介

This work can be considered as  the english equivalent to "Peter and the wolf" by Prokofiev, aiming to initiate the young to the instruments of the orchestra. Starting with a theme by Purcell, the rondo of Abdelazer, Britten presents the four families of instruments — wood, metal, strings and percussion — and their sonour characteristics.
