Händel's Brockes‐Passion will be performed in German Language and a adapted version at the Philharmonie im Gasteig in Munich!

"Der für die Sünden der Welt gemarterte und sterbende Jesus" ("The for the world's sins martyred and dying Jesus") is originally a poem about the passion story by Barthold Heinrich Brockes (1680‐1747) which was the basic of many musical adaptation by composers such as Telemann, Keiser and also Händel in the 18th Century!
