UUS TALLINNA TRIO

Uus Tallinna Trio (New Tallinn Trio) consists of well‐known Estonian musicians of the younger generation. The trio is a laureate of the festival %u201CCon Brio%u201D (Estonia, in 1998) and Kuhmo International Trio Competition (Finland, in 1999), in 2000 it won the Second Prize at the 2nd Gdanss International Brahms Chamber Music Competition. The same year the trio received the Annual Award from the Estonian Cultural Endowment.
Uus Tallinna Trio has performed at most concert halls in Estonia and recorded for both the Estonian Radio and Television. They have also performed at the Kaustis Chamber Music Festival (Finland) and Usedom Music Festival (Germany), and also performed in England, Russia and Sweden. Uus Tallinna Trio is in high regard among contemporary composers %u2013 almost every season the trio performs new Estonian music.
