This programme celebrates the 300th birthday of Heinrich Schiff's Stradivari cello, "La Mara", with music and story telling.

The title "Haus‐Konzerte" bears a double‐meaning. It indicates performances of chamber music featuring small ensembles, and it suggests music made in a comfortable and intimate atmosphere. This series of performances offers a variety of artists and programmes in the smaller concert hall of the Konzerthaus Berlin.
