The Ricercar Consort performs under the baton of Philippe Pierlot at the Grand Théâtre de Provence.

Pergolesi died prematurely at the age of 26, but he had a very active career, nevertheless, between Venice, Naples, and Rome. His Stabat Mater is a musical testament, his final composition.
