Recent renovations have made important changes to the hall design, which provides the best possible acoustic support to Merkin Concert Hall's presentations. Known for its superb acoustics, Merkin also has state‐of‐the‐art audio visual capabilities, including updated infrared listening systems for the hearing impaired and a professional recording studio.

The concert hall is completely wheelchair accessible from concert entrance to concert seat, as are the restrooms. Patrons requiring wheelchair locations or aisle seats should mention this to the Classictic customer centre when ordering tickets.
