Daniele Gatti: France National Orchestra

Enjoy this unique concert with the France National Orchestra, under the baton of Daniele Gatti, at the wonderful Auditori of Barcelona.

Daniele Gatti will perform in a series of the entire vocal and symphonic works by Gustav Mahler from 2009 to 2012. Gatti has been invited to the celebrations of the birth and death of the Austrian composer in Vienna, Amsterdam, Leipzig, Zurich and London.

As an expert of the complex world of the composer, he will bring Mahler´s musical farewell: the Ninth Symphony — a truly artistic testament that was previously performed by Gatti's two professors,  Lorin Maazel and Eliahu Inbal. Gatti, therefore, will take over the baton.
