Wagner: Parsifal

О событии

At the Budapest Spring Festival 2010, András Mikó directs Wagner's three‐act opera "Parsifal", performed by excellent soloists and the Hungarian State Opera Choir and Orchestra with conductor János Kovács.

“As though he felt that he was writing his last work, Wagner summed up all the lessons of his life in Parsifal. It is a distillation of everything that he feels to be lasting and valuable in his music.” – wrote Aladár Bálint (1914) in Nyugat after a performance in the opera house.

Experience the three‐act work that Wagner called a "festival drama to consecrate the stage", sung in German at the Hungarian State Opera House in Budapest.
