Celebrate Independence Day in New York City with a chamber music concert by the Voxare Quartet, and enjoy the fireworks from the roof of the Barge.

Bargemusic presents chamber music in an unlikely and startlingly beautiful venue—a floating barge at the foot of the Brooklyn Bridge. Both established and emerging musicians perform at Bargemusic on a small stage with the dramatic backdrop of the East River and lower Manhattan skyline. The musical programme for the Fourth of July features works by Dvorák and Mendelssohn, as well as songs of Duke Ellington arranged for string quartet.

Enjoy an evening of chamber music and watch the fireworks display over the breathtaking New York City skyline at Bargemusic.
