Become Ocean: Gulbenkian Orchestra

The Gulbenkian Orchestra and talented soloists perform under the baton of Pedro Neves in three so far unheard works on the stage of the Gulbenkian Música in Lisbon.

The collaboration between the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation and the Sao Paulo State Symphony Orchestra commissions new works to further young Brazilian and Portuguese composers. In this concert new works by Luís Antunes Pena and Celso Loureiro Chaves will be performed together with the Portugal premier of John Luther Adams' Become Ocean.
