A obra‐prima de Giacomo Puccini, "Tosca", será apresentada em forma de concerto na bela Igreja Anglicana de São Marcos, em Florença. A igreja oferece o cenário perfeito para esta dramática ópera sobre o amor de Cavaradossi, a pintora, por Floria Tosca, a famosa cantora.
A ópera em três atos será apresentada no ambiente íntimo da Igreja Anglicana com cinco cantores em trajes, acompanhados por piano. A história será explicada em inglês antes de cada ato.

Excellent performance, wonderful to hear it in this intimate environment. The explanations in English before each act were helpful, since we are not experienced opera‐goers. Only slight weakness was the seating: I am 6ft+2in tall, yet the person in front was hard to see around and it was difficult to see some of the action when actors were on the floor. Minor problem though. Overall great.
