The Tonkünstler and their guests aim high with this programme of works by Weber and Richard Strauss.

Following proper and authentic sounds with Tonkünstler Brass and their friends, the orchestra will climb musical mountain tops under the direction of Claus Peter Flor with music by Weber, Matthus and the probably most famous work in praise of the beauty of the mountains: Strauss’ «Alpensinfonie».

Since 2007, Grafenegg has presented a top‐class programme of concerts as part of the Music Summer and Music Festival. Under the artistic direction of Rudolf Buchbinder, the world’s most renowned orchestras, conductors and soloists come to perform on the Wolkenturm open‐air stage and in the Auditorium concert hall.
