Cisar Band is a young jazz and blues quartet led by charismatic bass player Jan Císař. Císař began in rock music and he played many years as a bass guitarist in various bands. He was inspired by blues records from Peter Green, Johnny Winter, and other R & B musicians. Jan performed for several years in a blues duo and in the The Riverside Band which toured Europe.
