A fantastic adventure through Time And Relative Dimensions In Space as the RLPO's very own "Time Lord" conductor Alasdair Malloy has close encounters with out‐of‐this‐world favourites from large and small screens.

The programme includes music from Dr Who, a musical tribute to Star Trek, as well as music from Star Wars. Mankind’s giant leap is remembered and the RLPO pays a visit to our nearest planetary neighbour with a movement from Holst’s Planets Suite.

Best of all – come to Liverpool Philharmonic Hall from 1.30pm to meet all your favourite Dr Who and Star Wars characters!

Please note this concert lasts about an hour and is most suitable for children aged 4 – 10, but the whole family is welcome – fidgeting is allowed! This concert will finish at approximately 4pm.

Children are invited to have a go on a variety of instruments from 2pm prior to this concert at the instrument Petting Zoo!
