Four Seasons
Bright, elegant, impressive, movable … According to The Strad about Tim Kliphuis' Reflecting the seasons. On this album Kliphuis views Vivaldi's masterpiece through very different glasses: that of jazz and gypsy music. The six musicians, all with roots in classical music, connect Vivaldi with improvisation. And so autumn and winter become more warm‐blooded than ever.

Violinist Tim Kliphuis is called one of the most important heirs of Stéphane Grappelli. Virtually and energetically he forges music genres together. Usually with his internationally acclaimed Tim Kliphuis Trio, which is becoming a sextet in Reflecting The Seasons. From spring and summer it is swinging autumn and winter.
