With the sound purity and incredible overall perfection that characterizes them, the English ensemble Tallis Scholars will be able to give unreal colours to the pieces by Lassus, Hassler and Schütz, up to the culmination of the famous motet Komm, Jesu, komm by Bach.
What better choice than the Tallis Scholars to illuminate this religious music program? The Renaissance and the Baroque have given sacred works the same unspeakable and radiant beauty, with certainly very different means (an extra concertante aesthetic for the Baroque period).

Wonderful event. Beautiful music, well sung by great voices. Super uncomfortable chairs—something to work on.
