A concert not to be missed: living piano legend Murray Perahia offers a recital at the Palau de la Música Catalana in Barcelona.

One of the major events of Palau's season is the return to Barcelona of world‐renowned pianist, Murray Perahia. The American prodigy was a student of Vladimir Horowitz's close friend, Pau Casals, and regular collaborator with Abbado, Davis, Haitink, Solti and Fischer‐Dieskau. His natural talent coupled with an outgoing and passionate musicality make him one of the most important pianists of our time.
