The Tokyo Ballet was founded in 1964 and has always presented Eastern as well as Western works from all eras. The repertoire ranges from full‐length classical ballet and neoclassical works to masterpieces by contemporary choreographers.
With over 700 performances abroad on 25 tours, a record in the history of Japanese performing arts, Tokyo Ballet enjoys an enviable reputation as a world‐class Japanese company at home and abroad. The company regularly performs in the most prestigious European theatres, such as the Opera de Paris, the Teatro alla Scala di Milano, the Vienna State Opera and the Deutsche Oper Berlin, and successfully tours over 150 cities in 30 countries.

카라칼라 목욕탕은 로마의 고대 목욕탕으로 영원한 도시에서 가장 큰 온천탕 중 하나입니다.
카라칼라 목욕탕의 건설은 아마도 206년 셉티미우스 세베루스 황제 때 시작되어 216년 카라칼라 황제 때 완공된 것으로 추정됩니다. 아케이드와 장식과 같은 추가 확장은 엘라가발 황제와 세베루스 알렉산더 황제 아래에서 진행되었기 때문에 이 복합 단지는 서기 235년이 되어서야 완공되었습니다. 디오클레티아누스 목욕탕과 함께 공공 및 무료 목욕 궁전에 속해 있었습니다.
537년 오스트로고트족이 로마를 포위하는 동안 수도관을 파괴하여 목욕 활동이 중단되었습니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 르네상스 시대까지 가장 잘 보존된 온천탕으로 여겨졌어요.
1824년 지롤라모 에기디오 디 벨로 백작이 선수들과 함께 모자이크를 발견하면서 체계적인 발굴이 시작되었습니다. 현재는 로마 오페라가 이곳에서 야외 오페라 공연을 개최하고 있습니다.
