Opened in 1926, the Konserthuset is the main hall for orchestral music in Stockholm and home to the Royal Stockholm Philharmonic Orchestra. Designed by Ivar Tengbom, the hall is home to renowned artwork including sculptures by Carl Milles and Isaac Grünwald. Each year the Konserthuset hosts the Nobel Prize and Polar Music Prize ceremonies.
