The chamber music hall Saint Petersburg Philharmonia, Glinka Hall (Санкт-Петербургская филармония) was opened 1949 and since then, it presents concerts with renowned and young soloists and ensembles.

Originally, it was called the Leningrad Philharmonia's Small Hall. The creation of this hall was based on the rich Russian chamber music traditions.
