Tchaikovsky, Prokofiev & Villa‐Lobos

Graduates from the Moscow P. Tchaikovsky Conservatoire, one of the world’s most important centres for training musicians, will perform at the Vilnius Congress Concert Hall. The musicians are winners at international competitions: sisters Saulė, a violinist, and Rūta Rinkevičiūtė, a pianist, and the singer Marina Agafonova and the cellist Gleb Sarkisov. Agafonova studied not only at the Moscow conservatoire, but also at the L. Refice Conservatoire in Italy. She took a post‐graduate course at the State Classical Academy and is a laureate at several festivals.  Sarkisov performs in a trio with the sisters Rinkevičiūtė, and he participates in various festivals and competitions of symphonic music as a member of chamber ensembles. Currently he is a post‐graduate student at the P. Tchaikovsky Conservatoire.
