Festive New Year's Concert

The Amadeus Consort Salzburg will bring in the New Year with a rousing musical mix of festive works by Mozart, Lehar, Rossini, and Johann Strauss senior and junior at this New Year's Day Concert.

 

The concert is held in the baroque Hubertussaal and performed by outstanding artists in historical costumes. You can also choose to book the concert with a dinner.

 

The royal flair of the palace and the combination of music and dining, make the palace concert & dinner a unique experience.


Menu in Schlosswirtschaft Schwaige:

Roasted goat cheese on a mango‐coriander salad with cheese pastry and balsamic reduction

 

Medaillon of veal in green bread crust on baby corn and zucchini, with stewed tomatoes and potato cake

Vegetarian alternative (please order in advance)

Ravioli filled with chanterelles with parsley pesto and parmesan

Vanilla foam on mango sauce with almond pastry
