A real discovery, this young ensemble led by the sensitive violinist David Plantier. They will perform works by two outstanding violin virtuosos from 17th‐century Germany: Walther and Westhoff — together with the betterknown Franz Biber the leading virtuosos of their time. Plantier counts to the first league of violinist in the authentic performance movement. He shows his extraordinary artistic merit in this interpretation of music full of humour and colour.
