Who knew that when you visit Barcelona you can take a cooking class with a professional chef at his apartment in the centre of Barcelona?
This event starts with a walk through La Boquerie – one of the most famous food markets in the world. It is being followed by a cooking class of Spanish dishes and tapas. During this process you will be able to try at least 10 different dishes paired with a range of delicious Spanish wines. The food will be accompanied by interesting conversation and smooth music sounds.
Some of the main dishes of the evening include Seafood Paella, Spanish Omelette, Mussels with sauce and Catalan Cream. While every single tapa will be presented with a bit of history form the chef concerning their origins.
