Il Jove Filharmonia Catalana JOFICAT sarà affiancato dall'acclamato violinista ceco Iván Ženatý e dal famoso violista messicano José Adolfo Alejo Solís, per l'amato Sinfonia Concertante e Requiem al Palau de la Música Catalana di Mozart.

Il Sinfonia Concertante in Mi bemolle per violino e viola, K364, è un'opera emblematica per molti amanti della musica di Mozart, e senza dubbio la migliore musica che ha composto a Salisburgo.

Provate la spiritualità concentrata del Requiem di Mozart, lasciato incompiuto alla sua morte nel 1791. Con la sua scrittura corale espressiva, l'uso inventivo dei colori orchestrali e i sorprendenti passaggi vocali solistici, il Requiem è una delle opere più avvincenti del suo genere.

Ivan Ženatý

Ivan Ženatý is one of Europe's most important violinists. He appears regularly as a guest artist with internationally famous groups such as the BBC London Symphony Orchestra, Bavarian Radio Symphony, Berlin Symphony, National Orchestra of Madrid, as well as with all the orchestras in his homeland, Czech Philharmonic, the Prague Symphony Orchestra, Prague Radio Symphony.

The violinist began his professional career with his participation in the final of the Tchaikovsky Competition in Moscow, followed by his debut with the Czech Philharmonic conducted by L. Pesek and his first prize in the Prague Spring Competition. In 1990 Mr Zenaty debuted in London, in 1991 with the Berliner Philharmonie and the Amsterdam Concertgebouw, in 1994 in Tokyo and in 1996 in New York and Buenos Aires. He has collaborated with Y. Menuhin, Yo‐Yo Ma, S. Baudo, V. Gergiev, A. Boreyko, N. Marriner and many others.

Thanks to the New York Harmony Foundation, Ivan Zenaty plays a Giuseppe Guarneri del Gesu violin built in 1740.

In addition to master classes in Germany, Spain, USA and Canada Ivan Zenaty also teaches at the prestigious Cleveland Institute of Music.


José Adolfo Alejo Solís

Originally from Cuernavaca Morelos at the age of 32, he has conquered Europe for his virtuosity and volcanic musicality, considered by the Polish press as the 'Paganini of the viola'.
Winner in three editions of the Hermilo Novelo National Violin Competition of the UNAM, first place as well as the prize to the favorite of the audience in the International Music Competition of the University of New York.
First Mexican to perform as a soloist in the Berliner Philharmonie accompanied by the Berliner Camerata one of the most important orchestras in Germany.
He is currently President of Concertistas de Morelos, active soloist under the Brilliant Classics label of Holland.
