Kristian Bezuidenhout leads the Concertgebouw Orchestra

Sobre el espectáculo

Be astonished by the adaptability of the celebrated South African fortepianist. Bezuidenhout leads the RCO both from the keyboard and the podium in works by Mozart and C.P.E Bach.

Mozart's Twenty‐ninth Symphony demonstrates a young man coming into the full measure of his powers — the work is, in many ways, a symphonic 'coming of age', with the 18‐year‐old Mozart stretching his wings to create his own musical identity in this genre, free of other influences. Two minor‐key concertos — Mozart's No. 24 and Bach the Younger's d minor concerto  — return Bezuidenhout to his first love, the keyboard.
